"I started Recovery Revival™ after 10+ years of sharing my own story online and wanting to hand the microphone over to others.
In my own journey there was growing numbers of content and resources on Mental Health and going through difficulties, but there was very little on getting better from those things. Don't getting me wrong, sharing our struggles is vastly important so people don't feel alone, but I believe we're ready to move on to the next stage and share just how we can overcome difficulties.
With Recovery Revival™ I wanted to create a nurturing environment that motivates individuals to initiate positive transformations in their lives and demonstrate that the beginning of their story does not dictate its conclusion.
Here we are all about breaking cycles, disrupting patterns, changing brains and ultimately #gettingbettertogether"
